The process industry needs to sample everything: from raw materials to additives via production and filling processes all the way to container and shipping samples.
InfoCarrier™ QM/QA can be deployed as independent quality and lab management system. Its extraordinarily high integration capacities with the overall production and material flow chain are fully developed if it is being used in combination with other InfoCarrier™ modules.
Amongst other features, it provides the functions listed below:
- time- and event-driven sampling and preparation of sample schedules
- generation of special samples depending on process conditions, e.g. in the event of quality issues
- user-friendly cockpits serve to operate and record measured values
- interfaces to measuring instruments
- editable catalogs for the systematic specification of actions
- functions to handle samples and retain samples, including their storage, labeling and filing
- management of specifications, valuation rules, shipping documents, text modules, as well as customer and product data and their relation to the automatic and situation-dependant preparation of documents required
MTE - Measuring Equipment Management
In order to manage measuring and test equipment, InfoCarrier™ provides the additional module Measurement & Test Equipment (MTE). It serves to easily manage the measurement equipment’s entire lifecycle.
