Our quality strategy at the on/off group is to establish a cooperative partnership with all of our customers and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
In our efforts to implement this, we seek a cost-effective zero-defect standard that eliminates the causes of a detected error so that it does not occur a second time.
The on/off group has a certified quality management system. At the beginning of 2010, our company successfully obtained ISO 9001:2008 recertification.
